Jeffrey I. Rassás | CEO

CEO of AirWare Holdings Inc. a 20-year veteran of entrepreneurial ventures and business management, he has extensive experience in funding, leading, developing and performing corporate turnarounds for numerous start-up ventures both private and public, across a variety of industries.

Mr. Rassás recently served as CEO at YCNG and YouChange, Mr. Rassás served as CEO of Global Alerts, holding company for Earth911.com and Pets911.com. As CEO, Jeffrey led the team that acquired Earth911.com, Pets911.com and AMBERalert.com from a local Arizona company in 2006 whereupon executing a new strategy; recruiting a new management team and successfully executing the company's plan led to several of the divisions achieving national success and distinction and significantly higher values, and the successful sale of AMBERalert.com.

Prior to Global Alerts, Mr. Rassás served as Co-chairman and CEO of ImproveNet, Inc. (publicly traded/IMPV), which he acquired through a merger in 2002. Rassás' strategic vision and execution led to industry recognition of the company as "Best of Web" by Money Magazine. In 2005, he sold the company to IAC/InterActiveCorp (IACI), the holding company of many popular websites such as LendingTree, Ask.com, Match.com, Citysearch.com, ServiceMagic.com, and Ticketmaster, delivering a substantial return on shareholder equity.

From 1997-2001, Mr. Rassás served as founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of publicly traded EBIZ Enterprises, a Linux solutions provider where he expanded company operations, yielding revenues in excess of $58 million. In addition, Mr. Rassás raised over $20 million dollars and took the company public in 1998.

A two-time finalist for Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year award, Mr. Rassás has been a guest speaker at Thunderbird, the School of Global Management, serves on several outside boards including Chairman of the Board of BuildProof.com, and is a regular speaker at technology trade events around the nation.


Dan Cohen | President

Dr. Cohen is the former Founder, Chairman and CEO of CNS, Inc. Dr. Cohen was the driving force behind the meteoric rise of Breathe Right nasal strips, acquiring the rights to manufacture and sell the product for the medical equipment company he founded in 1982. With the successful drive to achieve FDA approval for marketing of the largely unknown product and with all of the top ten pharmaceutical wholesalers on board, Cohen launched a legendary marketing effort to generate market awareness. His efforts created an outcry of domestic and international consumer demand that rocketed CNS sales to a 77% increase as the company took the public spotlight and was named Fortune magazine's fourth fastest growing company in the U.S. in 1996. In 2006, GlaxoSmithKline acquired CNS, including its Breathe Right nasal strips and FiberChoice™ chewable fiber supplement products, for $566 million.

Dr. Cohen is a board certified neurologist and an accomplished entrepreneur. In addition to CNS, Inc., he is also the co-founder of Round River Research Corporation and the inventor of patented technology used for stress reduction and personal development. Dr. Cohen holds numerous patents related to EEG signal processing, physiologic analysis algorithms and additional utility patents related to synchronized sound, vibration and electromagnetic fields and their effect on the body and mind.


Jessica Smith | CFO

Jessica Smith, CPA has been a practicing accountant since her graduation from Arizona State University in 2000. Jessica began her career in accounting with Arthur Andersen, LLP and moved on to work with a number of companies in both the public sector and private industry. In 2008, she started her own accounting practice. Jessica currently services a number of companies, both large and small, with their financial and accounting needs.

Jessica joined Airware in 2012 as a Controller, and was soon promoted to the role of CFO. She currently oversees all facets of accounting and finance for the Company, including reporting, economic strategy and forecasting.

In addition to pursuing the continuing education required of all CPA's, Jessica stays current with the constantly evolving world of accounting as an active member of several accounting/finance related organizations. These include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Tax Preparers.


Robert "Bob" Zappa | Director of Sales and Distribution

Bob Zappa was raised in Colorado and attended Colorado State University. After college, Bob began his career in Distribution Sales in California, and quickly advanced to the positions of both District and Regional Sales Manager.

After eleven successful years in Distribution, Bob formed his own Wholesale Distribution Company in Colorado. Soon after, he established an extensive manufacturing/production network in Asia, and began focusing on the sales and distribution of Health & Beauty Products. His company controlled the sales and distribution of products to over 35,000 Retail Drugstore Outlets, as well as Mass Merchants Retailers including Walmart, Target, and Meijer.

Eventually, Bob sold his original company, and proceeded to establish several additional successful production and distribution companies that were also sold. Bob has been with AirWare Corp. since the company's initial introduction into retail distribution, both domestic and abroad. His depth of knowledge and experience with all facets of manufacturing and distribution provide and excellent foundation for AirWare's future growth and expansion.

While living in Colorado, Bob enjoyed all outdoor activities – except fishing. After moving his family to Arizona, he got the golfing bug, and enjoys hacking the ball around.


Chase Herschman | Director of Marketing

Chase Herschman is the Director of Marketing at Airware Labs, where he is currently in charge of building brand and consumer awareness. Chase, a visionary in his own right, joined Airware in 2013 as a Marketing Consultant after reaching out to the company with his own nasal filter product. He was, however, fascinated by Airware's potential and couldn't resist the opportunity to join forces.

Before joining Airware, Chase spent 6 years in the entertainment industry working his way up the ladder. From cooking shows to award shows to documentaries, Chase is taking his knowledge of the film industry and bringing it to the health world. All in all, Chase has worked on over 30 different TV and Film sets, and produced two of his own TV reels in the process.

On the side, Chase was also the Creator and Editor-in-Chief of TheFantasyChase.com, an innovative fantasy sports website that gave personal advice to its users, the first of its kind. For 3 years, Chase managed 6 writers, tailored daily content, and handled all marketing, advertising, and PR duties for the website.

Chase moved to Los Angeles after graduating from Indiana University, where he majored in Sports Marketing and Management.


Michael L Doll | Director of Quality and Regulation

Working as a consultant, hands on engineer or in executive management, Michael has been developing successful products and business opportunities for over 30 years. His business and product experience spans a large range of products and industries. Michael's depth and breadth of experience was brought to bear on the Airware nasal dilator project at its first conception in 2004 when he helped develop the initial vision and business opportunity, define and refine the dilator design.
Michael's formal education includes graduating high school with a BA equivalency in Visual Arts. After several successful years managing a manufacturing technology group, Michael returned to college earning a BS in Mechanical Engineering, with specialties in business administration, materials and mathematics.

With the continuing realization of the global economy and increasing requirements for consumer safety, Michael expanded his skills into regulation, effectively and efficiently implementing industrial standards and governmental regulation during the product and business development cycle both here and abroad.


Andy Shore | Director of Content and Social Media

Andy Shore is a graduate of Indiana University with a degree in Journalism. Shore applied his creativity at Benchmark Email as the content and social networking manager where he helped grow the company from one small office to an international company. With a focus on quality content that has value to the reader/follower/customer, he oversees social media, copywriting, email newsletters, hosting the popular business podcast, and the blog. This is Andy's first foray into the healthy industry.
